Great Service!

I woke up Monday morning on the 17th of March thinking my stove was just fine, I was getting ready to bake a cake I had everything on the table already when I realized that my oven was not working. I was really worried because it was my daughters birthday. So I called All State Appliance and they told me they could be here within 30 minutes, the people in the office are great very nice and courteous. 20 minutes past by and the technician was out at my door which I thought was really fast. He gave me an estimate which I thought was great and the tech was very professional, so he fixed it and the experience was just wonderful. First of all, I want to tell you how much I appreciate the great job Alfonso Andrade your lead technician did on my stove. He rescued me from a two and half month nightmare that I had with a company called A&E in about twenty minutes worth of competent diligent work. I am still furious with your competitor for having sent to me a person who did not really have a clue how to fix my stove but sure knew how to charge me. He even had the audacity to argue with me. They asked me to find parts for my stove that I ultimately did not need. I called them to send me a senior technician which they explained they would do subject to availability.

I got so fed up with A&E that I called your organization, not knowing really what to expect. To my delight, I got Alfonso on the phone who listened to my story intently and in a very laid back manner said, "I will come today to fix your problem." He was great, he fixed my problem and showed me every step of the way what he did to resolve the matter. I will call again whenever I have an appliance issue.
